**50 Years of Sri Datta Swamiji in Europe: Golden Jubilee Celebration and Concert at Stadtcasino Basel, Switzerland, August 28–30, 2026
**In the summer of 1976, Sri Swamiji visited Germany and Switzerland for the first time.
It is a great joy that Sri Swamiji will bless us with His divine presence once again to celebrate this magnificent occasion. The long-awaited details of the program are now available on our event website: https://sgsbasel2026.org/en/home
Everyone is warmly invited to participate in the 50th Anniversary Celebration, the Meditation Concert, as well as the Homa and Puja on Sunday.
We are looking forward to your presence and participation! To enable us to plan and organize the event carefully, we kindly ask you to register for both the 50th Anniversary Celebration and the Sunday program.
Accommodation for these three days should be arranged and booked individually. You will find a list of hotels on the website.
Concert Tickets
We offer sponsorship packages that include 1–2 concert tickets, which will be available for collection at the evening box office. These tickets guarantee seating in the front rows. You will find the details in the registration form.
All other concert tickets can be booked in advance through the website of Eventfrog.
General support and Seva
A contribution toward the overall event costs is greatly appreciated and can be made through the registration form. Sri Swamiji said in January:
*“These are Swamiji’s last years, perhaps another 5 - 6 years. I will be here for 100 years, no problem, but not in public life. I will settle in one place. Therefore, we should make use of this time. Our relationship has existed for many births. Money is like the wrapper around a sweet - it comes and goes.”
