Dear all,

Stichting SGS Benelux and Datta Kriya Yoga International Center warmly invite everyone to participate in the celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2026.

This local celebration in IJmuiden is part of DKY Global Connect, a 24-hour global yoga relay organized for the International Day of Yoga. The Netherlands will participate alongside several countries and centers around the world.

The session will be calm, accessible, and suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The program will include an opening prayer and introduction, gentle warm-ups, Surya Namaskara, selected yoga asanas, pranayama and mudras, meditation, healthy living insights, and a closing prayer.

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: Helmstraat 9, 1975 DP IJmuiden

Parking: Please use public parking on Kanaalstraat.

Please bring: yoga mat, water bottle, and hand towel.

There are limited spots available and registration is mandatory.
